Dedicated Flow Measurement or Control

For applications requiring installation of a Dedicated Flow Computer for measurement or control of flow, choose either the single or dual channel 1010FTN/FTDN or 1010AN/ADN NEMA 4X/IP65 models, or 1010FTX/FTDX NEMA 7 /EExd Flow Computers. They provide extreme accuracy even under changing liquid conditions, flow rates and environments. They never need re-calibration and almost never need service of any kind. Analog and digital flowrate, flow total and liquid diagnostic displays and outputs permit fulfillment of any standard flow measurement or control function, in either Volume or Mass flow modes.

1010FTN/1010FTDN Single/Dual Channel NEMA 4X/IP65

For installation in any application not requiring special hazardous area approval, these NEMA 4X/IP65 rated instruments provide easy installation and long trouble free service. Similar Controlotron flowmeters have been in service for as long as 25 years without requiring service or attention of any kind.

1010FTX/101FTDX NEMA 7/EExd Safety Approved Flowmeters

Housed in a Miniature NEMA 7/EExd enclosure, these safety rated flowmeters install either right on the pipe, next to the 1011 Flow Tube, or remotely, up to 1000 feet distant. They provide all of the functions of the NEMA 4X/IP65 models, except utilising external temperature data input for Mass Flow operation.

Dedicated 1011S Clamp-On Spools

Factory installed 1011S Widebeam transducers maintain calibration even if process conditions vary. Intrinsic sonic density sensing provides Mass Flow to replace Coriolis Flowmeters, offering much lower pressure drop, higher reliability and extreme stable operation, even in applications subject to periodic aeration. 1010S spool construction is designed to include flow profile conditioning, enabling installation in essentially any pipe configuration while maintaining its pre-calibrated accuracy.

Dedicated 1011FTN Inline Flow Tubes

Non-Intrusive 1011FT Flow Tubes provide extraordinary accuracy for volumetric or mass flow rates normal in pipes 1/8" to 3" in diameter. Flow detection resolution as fine as 1/1000 GPM or 0.01 pounds per minute, permits accurate measurement of very low flow rates.
